Description:Ryuuro is tall,has long silver hair with some spikes that is pointing upwards.He usually wears an Akatsuki robe or a black robe.He has dark-brown eyes.

Background:Ryuuro was born in the proud Hyuga clan.Neji was always harassing him and telling him that he was weak,but Ryuuro was never interested in what his cousin had to say.He always followed his own thoughts.He was training everyday to become stronger and developed an affinity for lighting chakra at 7 years old,the same age he finished the Ninja Academy as the first in his class.At first nobody thought Ryuuro could stand up to the standards even in a simple D-rank mission but he ignored all the people and countinued training.One day,during a mission he awakened the legendary Byakugan.Even Hinata,his best friend in the childhood, was surprised that he awakened it at such a fragile age,she knowing what he is capable of.When the chunnin exams arrived he easiliy passed the witten test,barely using his doujutsu,because he knew how to answer the questions very well.In the forest of death he saw a man with strange red eyes with a black design.That man told him that if he wants to become more powerfull he must not be lead by any weak being on the Earth,and said such a powerful and young boy is not to be found at every step,then the man vanished.After he passed the forest of death exam he got to the preliminary rounds when he faced Choji Akimichi,who was overpowered.The next battle for Ryuuro was one that the actual Hokage deemed as one of the gratest battles of the chunnin exams ever,at least between 2 of the same clan members.It was a battle that ended a long rivalry.It was Hyuga Ryuuro vs Hyuga Neji.They both fought to the end,but finally they tied,but with Ryuuro and Neji needing to be hospitalized. At 16 years old he was easily beaten by a certain Uchiha,Who's name was Shien.The other day,Ryuuro being in the hospital a man with red eyes with a black design wearing a black robe that was painted with red clouds and a mask an orange mask on the face showed up in his hospital room.He was the same man Ryuuro saw 6 years ago in the Forest of Death.The man said he expected him to be death.The boy was confused.The man identified himself as Madara Uchiha.Ryuuro couldn't believe his eyes that he saw the legendary founder of Konoha.Madara said he wanted Ryuuro to join Akatsuki,a criminal organization if he wants more power.Ryuuro didn't accept,saying that he would stay for his familiy and village.Madara vanished in a thunderbolt (teleportation technique) saying that he will come to him someday.Ryuuro,after years,finally decided to abandon his village and met an organization named akatsuki,surprisingly,it's leader being Madara.However,he was not accepted as a member from the first time,because there were many powerfull beings in Akatsuki.He was still accepted as an associate.After Hana Tenrai left,he took her spot as aan official member and the spy of akatsuki.After one year of working for Akatsuki he was given by Madara to Shien Uchiha,the man that defated him.Shien formed an organization named Tasogare,ryuuro being the first member.In time,he learned to respect Shien,however he had not lost his bonds with Akatsuki,Shien stating that the 2 organizations are allied.

Personality:Ryuuro,as seen in his childhood,ignored whoever criticized him,but liked to talk to anyone wise and intelligent that shared the same opinions with him.He was very smart and thoughtfull,therefore called"The Bright Mind of the Hyuga".He is always merciless to his enemies,but never underestimates them even if they are weak like Choji or strong like Neji.

Overall Fighting ability:Ryuuro is not a very proud fighter,not caring about honor.He is always thoughtful and smart in a battle,always thinking before he acts.He always liked long term plans and attacks.He doesnt like short strategies,stating that they are useless and only take the time of a battle,therefore making long and complicated strategies.He always has at least 10 backup strategies or plans.He never likes to show off in a fight and always improves the ocasion if the opponent is doing so,sudying all the things that go on into the battlefield from the moment he stepped into the fight and analyzing his opponent's reactions or actions very carefully.

Techniques:His love for thinking has had him designing very complicated jutsus that mix up his Byakugan Jutsus and jutsus he grant from his three natures:Lighting,Water and Wind.Some examples of this kind of jutsus are:

To be specified is that Ryuuro can only do 3 of the jutsus listed in a day,draining him all his chakra.Eight Triagrams:Life Force Destruction is a jutsu that can be done only once in a month and must be used at full chakra,because it drains it all,plus Ryuuro's life force as well.
