Background: This is hiryu's little brother who was adopted by the mysterious Kiryu Clan of Gen'eigakure after the massacre of his family. there he was raised by Kisi who acted as both mother and big sister who taught him Ninjutsu. during the time he spent with her he became a genin and joined her ninja squad.
While on a B ranked mission he was hurt and lost his right eye to an assailant and on that same mission he lost Kisi who was fatally wounded trying to defend the then defenseless Team from the same assailant, before she died she had one of the ninja on her squad gave her "Son" her most precious gift the Dojutsu in her right eye called the Batsu Fuku or Clan copy which is either a Descendant or Mutation of the Uchiha's Sharingan and allows for some of the same powers but not all, to compensate for him losing his right eye.

Personality: Kalin is Rash and unpredictable, he is the type to attack 1st and ask questions later.

Overall Fighting Ability: Kalin is expertly skilled in Water arts, but is pretty well traversed in Wind Release Jutsu and has pretty good chakra control; Other than having chakra control, he is well adapted to using his acquired Kekkei Genkai from his "Mother" having copied many Water jutsu with it.
