Name: Kazeyo Fuyutama

Age: 24 in Part II of the Fuyutama Chronicles (Not yet determined in Part III)

Height and Weight: 6'0'' and 130 lbs (It is realistic, trust me)

Appearance: Kazeyo is a slender, but athletically built individual that wears his silver hair in a loose ponytail. He usually appears wearing a long white coat over with the traditional black ninja pants and sandals. When his operating for Akatsuki he wears the Akatsuki cloak instead of his traditional coat along with a straw hat, around which dangle multiple polished orbs.

Background:
Not much is know about Kazeyo except that he didn't always live in the boundaries of the ninja world and wasn't taught ninjutsu as most ninja would know it. Upon arriving south of the Fire Country via ship from the east he quickly gets a crash course in classical ninjutsu when he is captured by Konohagakure shinobi after his wind elemental manipulation is overpowered by a barrage of Fire Ninjutsu. From there he is transported to illegal research facility, at the request of a man referred to as Warmarshal Ganza, that is trying to reproduce the the sharingan in non-uchiha. It is during his imprisonment at the facility that he meets a Cloud Nin by the name of Tenmei Juusha, who he quickly befriends and he begins to learn about the basics of ninjutsu such as hand seals. Looking for an alternative to his wind techniques he convinces Tenmei to teach him the basics of lightning manipulation so he will not be at a disadvantage against Fire users. After days of practice within his cell he finally is able to maintain a spark just as he is pull off to be tested on for a second time. It is then he is forced to fight a person who the facility succeeded in recreating the sharingan after being injected with the same formula. After a short time it appears he isn't going to activate the dojutsu so Warmarshal Ganza, who had been watching the fight, yells out at Kazeyo pointing out his weaknesses and he wished that he hadn't killed Kazeyo's clansmen, for he would have like another sword of the same quality that he had stolen from Kazeyo upon being captured. With this comment made Kazeyo becomes enraged developing something that while it appears similar to a sharingan it formed of nine symmetrical slits surrounding his central pupil. He then proceed to destroy the entire lab and nearly kill everyone except for Ganza who leaves after commenting that Kazeyo will be interesting to observe. He is eventually calmed by his friend Tenmei who is forced to bind him via ninjutsu and knock him out. His eyes decrease in the number of slits after this and from then on his sharingan derivation have only three points of interest.
After fleeing from the lab Kazeyo and Tenmei travel toward the Cloud Village, being force to avoid Leaf Ninja upon the way. Tenmei notes that he wished he had a chance to look at Konoha's extensive library of techniques, which peaks Kazeyo's interest. Just before the two refugees make it to the cloud village they are stopped by a lone leaf-nin who challenges Kazeyo. Accepting the challenge Kazeyo seems to have an upper hand for sometime until the leaf nin performs an attack called chidori. Seeing it as a chance to tests his own lightning techniques Kazeyo fires a lightning bolt in the direction of his opponent, who easily deflects it with his own. While Kazeyo defeats the leave ninja he is upset at the fact his lightning abilities were overpowered so easily. After arriving at the cloud village Kazeyo tells Tenmei he cannot stay as he leaves for Konoha in hopes to sneak into the library there. It is in the library he finds that his clan once lived in the ninja world before being hunted down due to their powerful bloodline and used to live in the Canyon village.
Kazeyo travels to the Canyon village in hopes to learn more about his heritage only to find that the clansmen that he had thought died has become the leader of the village. After a short reunion in which Kazeyo reveals that the bloodline of the Fuyutama is to reverse engineer a single kekkei genkai after prolonged exposure to an advanced bloodline wielding shinobi's chakra he is forced to help his clansmen defend against an illegal invasion force instigated by Warmarshal Ganza. After a long and tiresome fight the two Fuyutama emerge victorious, but Ganza once again has survived and escaped. Kazeyo becomes a Canyon Ninja after this and eventually rises to the rank of Jonin. Sometime during a time skip Kazeyo apparently joins Akatsuki as a liason between the criminal organization and his country.

Personality: Kazeyo usually displays an apathetic and calm personality while not in combat. He behaves slightly annoyed at even the easiest of tasks, though he completes them without wasting too much time. He seems to take pleasure in manipulating people mentally with the use of vague language. While engaged in combat Kazeyo becomes a cold and calculated warrior that isn't above using stealth to defeat his enemies. He seems to retain his mental manipulation aspect of his personality while in combat. Despite his violent behavior he was unwilling the kill two weak shinobi that seemed set on fighting him. He is fiercely loyal to his clan and will act on any realistic threats made against them, but is at the same time willing to let them fight their own battles. As a pastime he enjoys traveling to Konoha and breaking into their library to study techniques, and has thus become the utmost technique specialist of his country.
Fighting Style:
Kazeyo prefers to observe an opponent before making any rash actions which is only boosted by mutated dojutsu. After he believes he can act in an effective manner he utilizes a combination of speed, elemental ninjutsu, and sword skills to dispatch his opponents. He is an accomplished swordsman and prefers it over unarmed combat. He is masterful with the wind element, having learned it before learning hand seals, and has developed many of his own techniques. He is also skilled with the the lightning element creating his own technique Youshun in response to chidori. While he has the ability to use water ninjutsu he has spent little time with these techniques and has only learned existing moves. Since his dojutsu is a mutation of the sharingan he can use visual based genjutsu but usually reserves the genjutsu abilities of his eyes for dispelling such techniques. Being a member of the Fuyutama Clan he has access to a unique form of chakra that is the result of one of his ancestors binding the souls of his dead clansmen to his living descendants. This allows him higher than average pool of spiritual energy, but it makes him in no way a "chakra beast." Finally he has signed a contract, as most Fuyutama do, with a spirit summon to widen his abilities.

For the most part his techniques center around Wind and Lightning Moves (With some Water Techniques and Genjutsu)
Status:

If their is a problem with the character, namely the bloodline that reproduces another kekkei genkai, it should be noted that Kazeyo can no longer recreate a bloodline after being and any future Fuyutama I create will not be stealing other character's bloodlines and have predetermined or fanon-made kekkei genkai to emulate.
