Appearance- Gengetsu is a tall young man with long dark blue hair and dark colored eyes. He wears a long black coat with a wide open collar. Under this, he wears a white shirt with red tie. He has multiple chains hanging off his waist.

Personality- Gengetsu acts quite calm and productive in everyday situations. He often reads novels, and drinks wine when not doing his fathers dirty work. He acts only according to his fathers wishes and for doing so is his fathers favorite. Taking on the name Tsukiyomi, he became a master at the use of Sonido in battle. He acts quite cool and orders his older brother around often

Abilities

Sonido Master- His skills in Sonido surpass the Omnitsukido Captain in many ways. He spent his childhood training to prove to his father that even though he was the youngest, he had the greatest potential. He can go as far as to leave distilled images when moving throwing off the target to some degree.
Master Swordsman- Gengetsu can easily wield his odd Zanpakuto in batte, creating is own "style" for it. He created a stabbing form that does severe damage to major organs. He has gone far as to behead an Arrancar who he viewed as a close friend for going against his own wishes.
Enhanced Reiatsu- His reiatsu, like his siblings rival his fathers. As his father drains the Spirits of others, the paternal bond with his father slightly boosts his own reiatsu. He can go as far as to paralyze a Human or low leveled Shinigami/Hollow with his Reiatsu.
Biomedical Engineer- Gengetsu spent a few years in the human world, amongst people he despises. He attended the Yale University School of Medicine, reaching the top of his class. He is fully adept with manuvering the human body and can easily take out opponents with a few simple strikes.

Zanpakuto
Gengetsu's Zanpakuto is called Xiàngyá Lóng (lit. Ivory Dragon 龙象牙) and is sealed as a long steel blade with no guard and handle. The end is shaped similar scalpel. Instead of wielding it normally, he holds it by the middle and like mentioned above uses stabbing techniques. The release phrase is .

Shikai- In Shikai, Xiàngyá Lóng becomes a long katana with a pentagram shaped guard and ivory handle. The blade curves slightly and has a long white cloth hanging from the handle. Along with the blade, Gengetsu gains a circular shield with the outline of a dragon's head on it. In the center of the shield, their is a long spike.

Shikai Abilities

Goboutate (lit. Pentagram Shield)- Gengetsu will draw a Pentagram with his blade in the air. It will take a solid shape and block incoming attacks. By thrusting his blade, it will fire a crimson blast.

Konjou no Hiryuushiro (lit. Spirit of the Flying White Dragon)- Surronding his reiatsu around his blade, Gengetsu will jump at the target in a thrusting motion. Around him, the apparition of a long white dragon will form and cut into the cells of the targets body.

Baisuu Bushin- (lit. Multiple Clones)- Gengetsu will make multiple copies of himself that all wield Xiàngyá Lóng. They all wield a portion of Gengetsu's Reaitsu but can still do great damage in battle.

Bankai- In Bankai, Xiàngyá Lóng becomes Xiàngyá Lóng Bìwán (lit. Ivory Dragon, Monarch of White Silk 龙象牙辟纨). It becomes a giant white soldier that fights on Gengetsu's command. It has thick white armor with a circular helmet. Its shoulders are broad and he has very large armor. It has the ability to call forth a giant katana.
