| Many days after the Alliance Between Fuyutama and Tasogare. A challenge to be trained by One of the best lightning manipulators in the ninja world was asked by Ryuuro. After long thought and hours passing, Kazeyo raises up to train the young shinobi in the lightning ways. The sun just passes over its three o'clock position, As a number of shinobi gather at the world renowned, Fuyutama training grounds. They find them selves at the top of a large arena. Massive stone status surround the walls of the arena, On the North end is a status that can be easily seen as Kami Fuyutama. On the South end is another easily notes statue of Kazeyo Fuyutama. Beautiful architecture can be seen in the smallest details of the arena. A long straight stair way before the Shinobi leads to the battle area of the Coliseum.

| "Hmm....we you see when I was taught lightning manipulation a long time ago I was taught something I found to be important. Lightning Release is based around a lot of chakra compressed into a small space," Kazeyo explains holding his right hand, in a clawlike manner with his palm to the air. "I'm afraid I can't teach chidori...I never finished learning it," He says as a purple surge of lightning forms in his hand along with the sound of a screeching bird of prey. If Ryuuro looks at the amount of chakra in Kazeyo's hand, with his Byakugan, he will see that it is much greater than chidori.
