| With that same blade, Taiki forced both sword tips down to the ground. Eyes narrowing, and teeth gritting, he swung his free sword in a clean cut aimed towards the Arrancar's neck.

| His brought his arm up to black, and the blade slightly cut into his Hierro, causing blood to erupt, but Arturo ignored it, and slammed his fist into Taiki's face.

| It was like a sledgehammer to the boy's jaw. The blow sent pain straight through his skull, forcing him to stagger back once more. His vision hazed roughly, he shut his eyes immediately, the tight grip on his swords almost loosening its vice.

| It was time to switch tactics. Or, more preferably, moves. Instantly crouching, Taiki's figure broke into a run. Both of his blades were able to catch the Bala, but he kept running at his opponent like a mad bull.

| Now they were close enough. Quickly, the white-haired man spun around in a ballerina-like pivot, now under the Arrancar's guard. One of his blades flew straight and true for a vital point in the arm.

| "That's more like it..." Taiki muttered, mild triumph in his voice. Quickly, he tugged the blade out from flesh, leaving the sword to be stained a crimson red. "Ouda Shoshite Tousou."

| "What's the matter? No more taunts?" Taiki spoke once more, even as he evaded the swing. "Is it because you've realized that I'm not the ant you think I am?" He questioned. "Or is it simply because you're losing confidence? Either way, your arrogance won't be a problem anymore." He swung his own series of attacks right back at Arturo. "Will you continue to fight foolishly? Or will you retreat from this battle?"

| Awai got up and Isshou stared. "Where are you going?" He asked. "To get him." He twirled his naginata. "I will only be a moment." He vanished and reappeared behind Arturo swinging his heavy blade onto Arturo's head. His eyes rolled back and he fell, his form cracking and he returned to his normal form. "Greetings Taiki." Awai said, looking not at the white haired man, but at his prey.
