Background: This ninja defected from Gen'eigakure around the same time Hiryu did and lived with the falcons of fygora for years learning the falcon style jutsu, until Kalin arrived and he trained kalin. this shinobi has evolved to a state beyond being human and is considered a sage due to his body being augmented by the atmosphere of Fygora.
Personality: Calm collected Sage, he analysis the battle and can form 5 plans to beat you after the 1st hit is landed.
Overall Fighting Ability: Sage Mode, Taijutsu Master, Ninjutsu Master: Yue is a Child Prodigy from the Illusion country, he had the brain power of Shikamaru at age 6 and became a Chunin at 10. His Fighting style is to either overwhelm you or out smart you, which ever works to him advantage and your Disadvantage. This ninja was Given the Flee on Sight order when he advanced to Jonin During the Gen'ei Cival War.
