| Before the shockwave reached them, Kokukozu and his clones made several Hand-Seals and shouted, "Earth Release: Wall of the Demon King." as huge slabs of clay, carved with demonic faces were pushed out of the ground in front of them. When the shockwave had come by, it only crushed the clay shield.

| Kurisu shot a bolt of lightning at the clay, sending it in all directions. Kurisu grabbed a few pieces and tossed them aside. He reached into his back pocket and pulled out a kunai.

| The clay slabs then crumbled to small smithereens. Kokukozu jumped into the air, weaved a few Hand-Seals and yelled, "Water Release: Water Shockwave!" He spewed a large, crashing wave that headed straight for Kurisu.

| Kurisu held out his hand, and the water shot back at Kokukozu. In the flurry of water, Kurisu appeared behind him, and sent a powerful kick to the head.

| Kokukozu turned to water and crashed with the wave, as did the other clones. By using Water Molecule Reproduction Jutsu, several clones stuck their hands out of the water, along with their bodies and pulled out their Kunai. There they all stood atop the water. "C'mon, there must be more to this than just that. Show me your full power."

| "You would die. Fire Style: Blaze of Glory, Wind Style: Dual Attack." Kurisu was sending a wall of wind enhanced fire that could not be put out with water. Kurisu then send a horde of kunai following the blaze.

| Kokukozu watched as the flame being hurled at him and his clones. He made a few Hand-Seals and yelled, "Boil Release: Self-Destruction Sizzle!" The water and clones had turned to steam as it floated to the sky. The great fire was about to burn Kiri.

| Kurisu looked up to the sky and replied, "Lightning Style: Electroshocker." Kurisu summoned a large bolt of lightning to disperse the steam.
