| She felt their presences coming, but she didn't allow herself to stop. She was a flitter through the branches, moving at the Shinigami's superhuman speed they were so famous for. Her eyes widened a little bit, signaling at least a small sign of alertness had entered her brain.

| Ahatake sped up, not using Shunpo, but the Xioachu equivalent, Wupiao. Midoriko lagged. But Kyashi was coming into view.

| She turned her eyes to stare over at the man following her trail. "Speedy Gonzales on my hands here...." She muttered. Her free hand reached up to grab one of the branches over her head, allowing her to spin around. Up, she climbed, then forward, she continued to Flash Step, although maneuvering at a complex pattern in an attempt to confuse her chasers.

| That clearly was not a Cero he had fired. Eyes narrowing, she allowed herself to temporarily vanish from her path, allowing the spreading Aoshan to pass. Under the resulting wave of destruction, she lowered herself to the forest floor and looked up. Her eyes searched for the two figures....

As she felt the energy of the secondary blast about to be fired, she reached over with her free hand and gripped the hilt of the sword on her back. This was gonna be a big one, and she had to keep herself from being obliterated as much as possible. That was the objective of the "game", after all.

| Her blade unsheathed itself, and her hands maneuvered the blade to point straight at the oncoming attack. This was gonna be tough on her Zanpakuto... but she hoped it would hold most of itself out. She didn't move an inch, as the beam slammed into the tip of her sword with immense force. However, just like Midoriko's fire cat, it was forcefully split in half and dispelled.

| Already focused on the first Aoshan, Kyashi's eyes widened at the Dan blast that was fired immediately afterwards. This time, she could only feel the brunt as it slammed into her body. Due to the position she was in and where Ahatake had fired, she fell onto her back, one arm stretched above her own the ground, and the other one laying on her stomach. The one on her stomach was connected to the hand that held the stolen goods.
