| Instead of blood flowing, however, that same cut began to glow a crimson red, before suddenly... "This is gonna hurt..." Gritting his teeth and shutting one eye, he braced himself as a wide beam of energy erupted from his wound, sending a ferocious pain throughout his body. That beam hit his aunt head-on, like a Cero blast. He himself, out of the intense pain, was forced to descend, landing in a crouched form and holding his side. Panting heavily, and a trickle of blood coming from his mouth, he asked wearily, "Remember when I cut through that dragon of yours?"

| "It's called Ninku...." He explained, pulling himself up to his feet. "It absorbs and stores an enemy's reiatsu within both blades of Zainin. I can either unleash it all using a physical attack, or I can store that reiatsu within myself and release it from there. When your blade started to cut into me, that's when that reiatsu you used to control the dragon unleashed itself out of my body. Unfortunately...." He spit out a glob of blood from his mouth. "I didn't think.... it'd have this kind of side effect...."

| Immediately, Taiki took and swallowed it whole. The damage that the reiatsu and he had caused was reversed, and he was able to stand up again. Now in tip-top condition, he put on his usual fox-like smile, as if nothing had happened.
