| "Wow, I'm entertainment." Akiko muttered. "Alright kiddo." She held her blade up. "Ban...KAI!" She cried and smoke swirled around her as her spirtual pressure rose, and when it cleared she was standing in front her Taiki with a demnic looking black and purple blade. "Ketsueki Hitokage." She murmured. "My Bankai." Ahatake cheered. "'Bout time! You actually achieved Bankai."

| Tereya huffed. But she said nothing to discourage or encourage the female fighter. Smirnov, however, nodded slightly out of impressment for the new power. After all, it usually took several years to reach the level of a Bankai user. To have done it so quickly was an achievement in itself... As Taiki stared at the transformed Akiko, his mind started to calcuate, thinking of what possible abilities she could carry.

From the first move she had made, it was clear that her Zanpakuto ability was the manipulation of blood. The question was: how did that ability expand?...

| This time, he Flash Stepped out of her sight, but re-appeared under her. Positioning himself perpendicular to her, he thrust one of his sword blades in what seemed like an attempt to slice off her leg.

| With one blade, he collided straight to the side of Akiko's to knock it away. With her defenses temporarily open, he used the other blade in a lunge attack, aimed for the neck. All the meanwhile, his mind was starting to wrap itself around the concept of her abilities...

| Something was definitely wrong now. Eyes widening out of realization, and his smile seeming a bit panicked, he jerked backwards impulsively and barely avoided it. He skidded back in the air, lowering his blades once more. "So that's what you're tryin' to do..." He muttered. "Scary, Auntie. Very scary...."
